If so to whom?
I have been getting lots of it with my mollusk just wondering if there is any use for it.

BE used to use them, not sure if they still do. BE's definitely use mollusc, though not massive amounts.
Chefs can use both in a generic Meat slot though - sometimes molluscs & crustaceans can have nice stats, so if you're making something that uses any Meat, always have a look at molluscs etc if you have aharvesting tool & live near water
