I need to know how many lots a cantina takes up and whether you can place one even if it's not inside the boundaries of a player city.

well it takes5 lot but it has to be in the city limits of a city if the city fails it is still5 lots.

Oh one more thing. I heard that one of the containers was broken but I haven't found out which one. Someone told me it was barrels and someone said it was casks. Which isn't working right?
