I am 2 boxes from Master BE and trying to find what stats I should try to get to on what additives?
Also be curious to find out usage rates of the different ingredients. I know they will vary dependent on how popular the Chef is but I assume Brandy would sell more than the rest added together with Canape and Syntsteak next on list. So should i concentrate on BSN's and make the other stuff as requested?
Thanks in advance

I only use BSN's with power of 86 or 87, and Intelligent Nanos of 116 or 117, and I think my micronutrients are 54.
I don't think it is true that Brandy sells more than all the rest of the food put together. I have high demand for Canapes, Bivoli, and Thakitillo all of which use Intelligent Nanos. If I were you I would make more BSN's than anything else, but I would not neglect the other nutritional supplements. Hold off on flavor and filling tissues for special orders. But I would place the order of importance as: medium, heavy, light. (I believe someone else said this in another thread, and I agree.)

75% of the tissues I use are BSNs. I have yet to create a full run of any tissue other than nutrition tissues.
I've put my standards a little lower than above at 84% and 114% just because I could never keep up with the amount of good meat I would be using. Although I am assuming a majority of people prefer 80k crates of +400ish ahrisa over 110-125k crates of +420ish ahrisa.
I've heard a few formulas around but here is the one I tend to use for tissues
50% OQ, 25% PE, 25% FL
Another one I've seen is 30% PE and 20% FL
I would agree with the Medium, Heavy, Light order.
