I was just wondering.. anyone know what the titles are for the mixology line? ... is there a 'bartender' title?

Yes, getting Mixology IV gives you the "Expert Bartender" title. Or maybe just "Bartender", with the expert available once you also get cooking IV. I saw it on Leppy while he was tending bar in the Theed cantina.

Yeah the title is Expert Bartender, if my memory serves me correctly.
BTW, since the last patch, they've added in what each skill title is under the Skills window (Ctrl-S). If you read the description of any top tier skill, it will display the title for it. Very handy that
