Thread: Whats the diff between a crate of barrled drinks and a crate of small glasses drinks?
Small Glass: 1x Quantity
Large Glass: 1.5x Quantity
Cask: 3x Quantity
Barrel: ?? (Possibly bugged)
So a crate of casked drinks will give you 3x more uses than a crate of Small Glass drinks.

What's wrong with just using barrels? Once Doctors get advanced components, you don't see many using the basic anymore. In the current system, once you get aludium, you don't use alcohol anymore.
Actually, with those numbers PSK, I'd definitely consider using the larger containers. In fact, I'd probably use a mixture, depending on my resource stockpile, and mood

That's the truth. While many of us don't have a second account, I know one master chef in my town (who has a Master Bio Engineer account as well) who has resourcess coming out of his ... um... ears... so the resource cost of Barrells is nothing to him. He's filthy rich from creature sales and being able to do uber missions with his Master CH skills (the BE is a MCH as well) so he'll sell them for what he can get.
For those people with easy access to resources, 100,000 isn't a problem for a big-time factory run.
Barrels will be useful for drinks that use BE enhancements or rare resources. Why would anyone use a glass for Blue Milk or enhanced BoH? The resource cost of the other ingridents is greater than that of the barrel. Note these drinks will be insanely expensive and not usuable on a everyday basis by most people. For the special occasions like a PvP tourament, I see these being used. It is a nitch market.
For the resource challenged, there will still be the need for normal food at a lower price point for everyday use. This will be about 80-90% of the market in my opinion and the single account, non-BE aligned chef will still very much be in business. Having two accounts is a huge advantage in this game, that can't be denied. You get 20 lots and 500 skill points. If you have 2 computers you can even hunt with both and double harvest animals. The same can be said for those with 3 or 4 accounts. Still the game can be played successfully with just the one account, you just have to set your sites on a level that you can manage given what you have to work with.
