Don't think I've ever seen wild meat.

Any suggestions on where to look for it?

dathomir: brackasets, bazzes

dantooine: hurrtons, quenkers

endor: mereks

those are the large harvests... i'm sure there is wild meat on other planets, asi think womprats give wild, but I would head to these locations first, as it's easier to find and the drops are quite large, especially on mereks.

I am currently harvesting massive amounts on Dathomir. I am getting it off of Baz Nitches and Brackesets.

Wild meat can be harvested off of a few things. Only one that comes to mind right away are Ikopi's (Naboo, Rori).

Quick question, is there a popular item that uses wild meat? If so I will keep this meat for my Chef character.

Knocky, BEs need wild meat for active biosensors tissues, the medical healing ones (non-music). As far as beyond that, I think chefs have the rest of the wild meat requirements.

The new chef additives need wild meat and domestic meat. I predict a huge increase in the demand for these (not hard, since there was virtually no demand previously) and yes, all sorts of things drop wild meat, from the simple rat type creatures to the biggun's mentioned above
