SirVimes,
Obviously we can't get this done before Publish 6 but it would be nice for the console to say, "You are hungry" or "You are thirsty" when your stomach levels reach 0. The hunger wouldn't have an specific effect but would let you know it's time to eat again. Even better would be messages telling you the effects of a food have worn off but that would mean they'd have to do that for every buff in the game and that would just be a pain. Could you please toss a message up to TH and ask him?
Thanks.

I wouldn't mind this as long as it only said the message ONE time when the food/drink bar gets to 0. (or below)
Would hate to revisit EverQuest, standing there getting a million "You are hungry" "You are thirsty" "You are out of food and drink!" messages for 20 mins while I was waiting for a ressurect.
A single nice big fat message when it hits 0 WOULD be nice. Or even report increments.
100% = "You arefull."
66%= "Your belt suddenly isn't so tight"
33%= "You feel you could eat/drink again"
0% = "You become hungry/thirsty"
Better yet...
STICK THE FOOD/DRINK METERS IN AN ON SCREEN DISPLAY LIKE EXPERIENCE MONITOR AND/OR WAYPOINTS WIDGET SO WE DONT NEED SYSTEM MESSAGES.
There's no sense in us having to constantly open and close the character stat window to see how full you are.

:waits for ears to stop ringing....:
Great idea, with one addition: let us see the*#$%)!#@ numbers! An on-screen monitor isn't much good if you still have to squint to figure out whether you've got enough room to chug that 25% filling drink...
