I am trying to find out what good Crustacean Meat is for since we can harvest it now since last patch. And if it is needed in a recipe, what stats are important? Thanks for your help!

Seafood isnt a requirement for Chefs - its useful to BE's though. Normal Meat we can get in much higher quantities than Seafood so we usually use that.
