Look at it this way. All of those stats add up to over 1900 as far as food is concerned (flavor, PE, oq). That is not too shabby. I wouldn't put myself into debt to get it, but I would probably harv it for "in case". You could also try to make something and see how it does. If it ends up having a low quantity and you can live with that, so much the better.

sell it to a doctor and then use the money for resources better tailored to chef.

I guess I'll keep harvesting it with those floras that I have running, then see what I can do with it later on (my alt is headed for non-holo chef, but I only have a couple of boxes right now, so by the time I can test the results I get with this, it will have shifted out).

Also remember that alcohol uses ANY cereal, and stats don't matter.

Under the old formula, I used to just add up the three stats and divide by 3 to get an average but with the new system there's more of an emphasis on DR and Flavor, less on OQ.... but some folks will automatically see high OQ as valuable (and it might be for other professions, I'm not familiar with other crafting requirements)so you might be able to sell it as others suggested.
