The BE boards don't really talk about it much from the view point of a Chef. Maybe you guys can tell me. What is the REAL difference between BSN's 84 and 88? Same with INN's and the Micro's high vs a little lower. Does it really make that much of a difference?

Also, I tried asking on Naritus Trade for a price check, but all I got was some kid saying he'd buy BSN 88's for 800k, which with the uber meat at 30 cpu and the uber organics would mean I'd have to pay him to buy them. For the Naritus Chefs, what is the going prive for BSN 88's?

The number is a percent increase of the base stats. So, the 84BSN give an 84% bonus to the base nutritional value, and the 88BSN gives an 88% bonus.

Meat at 30CPU, and assuming 10CPU for organics, it costs you 30k per crate to make. Then just mark it up so you make however much profit you want. Or you could email the top Chefs on your server and ask them what they would be willing to pay.
