Thread: should a chef be needed after the CU

im gonna be a chef and i was wondering if it is good prof to get money and will be good after CU and which of the food will be needed the most

If you check through some of the recent threads here addressing the CU and it's effect on the chef profession, you'll notice that there's an amazing lack of information. Not for lack of trying, but because the information is not available. As it stands, chef can be very profitable for some people. For others, it's a credit sink and sometimes people can't break even on what they spent. Nobody knows what will happen when the CU hits, and none of us know the viability or the importance of food post-CU because there are no elite professions on TC to be able to thoroughly investigate. As I said, if you go chef now, grind it all out quickly, start production right afterwards, and advertise the heck out of your place, you can stand to make some money without question, but in terms of "which of the food will be needed the most" or if it "will be good after CU", nobody can tell you this with any certainty just yet.
