I've got a full run of MFA's that I just finished cooking,
ingredients:Aktihi water
BSN 87, made with Scalle, Apaha, Apaha (on Chilly) Serial 2s5qq2lf
made the schem should been 87 power MFA's, Seria #l Vfanfom3
they came out at 68's, which are obviously completly useless.
Sounds like a bug to me, and I think I need to talk to a CSR to get it fixed, but I thought I would ask you guys if anyone else has ever experienced this?
If so how did you get it fixed? this is a pretty big mistake/bug, 40 crates of MFA's are now useless.
Anyone got any idea how I can get in contact with a CSR to look into this? In my history I've done about 4 /bug reports and never heard back from any of them.
thanks,

The CSR's don't respond to /bug reports.
To get customer service you have to press CTRL+H and search the knowledge base. When nothing of relevence is found (usually the case) you can hit a button at the bottom stating you want to contact a CSR. Just fill out the form that pops up to the best of your abilities. They should contact you in a day or two.
Given customer service in this game though, they will probably just tell you they can't fix it, and file a /bug report.
Also have you checked the bio-engineer forums? Seems like they could help you better if this is a known bug.

Thanks for the input.
I doubt its a known bug. I've cooked hundreds of schems never seen it before.
Edit: checked BE forum, nothing to be found about this happening. I think its a one time bug.
I hope they can help me

Are you sure that the BSNs you usedwas 87? Maybe the BSNs did not get experminted up to 87 but was labled as so.
I did this once I was tired and put the BSNs in w/ out experminting them 1st.
I didn't notice till I had already made them into additaves.
Just a thought

lol I did this too :/ When you are making a bunch of stuff sometimes you just forget to experiment on 1 thing.

Bliz, I know you know what you're doing, but I worked tech support for years, and have to ask the stupid questions:
1) Are you sure the BSNs were 87s? Don't forget that the name is completely up to the crafter, it's possible that the BE screwed up experimentation, orgot a crit fail on the last one, and was stuck in the "crafting zone" didn't notice the failure, and just put in the name that was "supposed" to be there.
2) Did you buy pre-made crates or a schematic? Was from someone you've dealt with before? It's also possible that some unscrupulous BE used crap resources and put some 68s up for sale with a misleading name deliberately to scam a chef.
3) bug reports don't get responded to (they just get entered in to the dev's bug tracking system), a CSR ticket might work better.

It could be number 1. I got about 40 schems from my old BE who made them all the day before he dropped it. I've been cooking them ever since.
I will file a CSR ticket next time I am online. If its my mistake then fine, and i'll eat them, but I hope its a game mistake.
Stupid questions are always the best ones to ask ![]()
