90 will make you immune to dizzy so i have 75 pop a +15 ithorian mist and im not immune bugged me thinks

Its more like 100 to be "immune" to dizzy. Ithorian mist does work for sure, at 80 defense vs. dizzy, I can still be dizzy'd from a jedi. Then I pop some +21 Ithorian Mist (Making the overall Def vs. Dizzy 101). With that I am immune to dizzy

No one can be immune to any stats. There's always a 5% chance of a stat hitting no matter how much def vs you have, and with some NPC's and jedi the attack is so strong that 5% is alot more often.
So i doubt it is bugged.

yeah thats what you think..
i know for a fact 90 is immunei had a pikemen spam area 2 on me with a wood staff for an hour i also had it with pistol def earlier until i thought up this scheme to get it without it since im a bh SP are minimal

I have +90 Def vs Dizzy from myTemplate (Master Rifles with Fencer and Pistols boxes)
I get Dizzied sometimes without mist (by Giant Krayts, Gorax, NS Elders etc)
With Mist I have never ever been Dizzied, either PVE or PVP.

This is what i know. When the accuracy changes went through it was also made so states had a 5% chance of landing. I'm not guessing, that is fact.
If you are immune its a bug, its not a bug not being immune.

+85 is the cap for PvP (player attacks) and +100 is the cap for PvE (krayts etc.)
with cap i mean imun ! duelled our chancellor on farstar 10mins, he wasnt able to dizzy / stun / blind me at all, posture also. only KD (had 100 from skills, no thakitillo)

I'm going to agree with Higgins that there is always a CHANCE to be stated, no matter the def v. you possess. Even with 118 Def V Stun (Through skills and clothing), I occasionally will get stunned. It happens very rarely (Maybe once a week, if that), but it does happen. While it is hard to prove the exact % of being stated, I think we can all agree it is there.

Try asking a jedi to spawn dervish on you... nobody is immune, but chances are low when you get +90 or higher.
