Making a thread this general, and not even stating your server, isn't the best way to get the info you want.
Try contacting a well known chef on your server for some info, most chefs are helpful enough, so you should have a fair bit of luck.

I'm not sure if this is your first time into crafting, but there really is no "best of the best". Resources shift all the time, so berries on Correlia may be uber this week, and next week Naboo has the best of the shift.
www.swgcraft.com is a good place to check for currently spawning resources, and checking for past ones if you have resource contacts (or the 30k resource veteran reward). Some servers have galaxy-specific sites, but I don't have those links.

yes its my 1st time and i want to know what the best spawned resource is on my server (gorath)
i have 60+ resource deeds and i am crafting simply for 1 large guild so 30-90k of each resource will be enough for me
i just need to know what to create thats all

Dang, that's a lot of resource deeds.
Well, it basically breaks down like this:
1) Determine the resource types you need for the foods you want to make. You can look here, here, or in the item details in your datapad.
2) Go here, and select the resource type in the drop down, select gorath as your server, and pick "all planets". Leave "only available" unchecked.
3) Next you need to enter the stat weightings to rate the resources. This is tricky. For a first pass, I usually just use the percentages given for the Nutrition category: 66% in PE and 33% in OQ. We'll get to further refinement later.
4) Hit "Find resources" and it'll come back with all the resources swgcraft knows about of the type you picked. Then hit the down arrow next to "rating". The rating is the weighted combination of the percentages you gave, so PE * 0.66 + OQ * 0.33. The higher the better.
{by the way, I did a quick search on Gorath berries, and it looks like you had an awesome endor berry spawn not too long ago: 921 DR, 846 FL, 956 PE, 984 OQ. You may be able to find some Athmour for sale, and would probably be more cost effective than using a deed}
Now, back to the resource stats. PE & OQ are almost always the main things to check, but there are some exceptions. Vercupti needs high DR / OQ to hit 50 fill. Parwan Nutricake (burst run food) should have high FL / OQ since the burst run efficiency is handled by the Flavor experimentation category, not Nutrition. With two years worth of resources to poke through, you should be able to get resources with 800+ in all four for most of your ingredients. It might actually be better to give swgcraft's search 25% in all four categories (DR, FL, PE, and OQ), sort by ranking, then skip over any with sub-par PE/OQ.
Just so you know,swgcraft isn't guaranteed to have everything that's ever spawned. Data entry is handled by regular players, so it's possible that there was some uber spawn of, say, Yavin Greens that no one ever saw or entered.
