I was just wondering where I can find a light food bio component to make an light food additive. I am new to this and I can't figure it out. Thanks

Bio-Engineers craft these. Most common one is the nutrition additive,aMicro-Nutrient Supplement (MNS). You should look for stats around +52-57.
The medium nutrition addy is called a Broad-Spectrum Nutrient (BSN), the heavy is called Intelligent Nano-Nutrients (INN). Look for stats on these around +82-88, +112-118, respectively. The higher ones will be pretty pricy, so you may want to start out with the less powerful additives and work your way up from there
P.S. there are also light, medium and heavy additives that BEs can make to effect flavor, filling and quanitity, but they're much less common and would probably require you to place a special order with a BE. Some cases they're better than the nutrition ones, but for a starting chef, I suggest sticking with the nutrition ones until you get settled in.
Edited because words like to be spelled right.
