Those are the things I sell (I'm prolly missing a couple things). They all sell pretty well, but the starred ones are the huge sellers. The Brandy/Accarragm are made with flavor addies though, so they have durations over 16minso that theylast longer than their filling does.

You only need artisan 44xx to get all 10 artisan experimentation points (Master Artisan doesn't add any). You'd also get an additional point if you're human. Whether or not you need +25 worth of artisan tapes would probably depend on the market for these tapes on your server. I never had any problem sellling food as a 10 point chef / 10 point artisan.

And don't bother with artisan assembly tapes (or chef ones, for that matter). That only affects the success type from the initial combine, at +100 assembly you almost always get a great success anyway, and you don't get any bonus to stats or experimental percentages with an "amazing success" on assembly.
