I'm not the most qualified ot speak but I have yet to bother with reducing the fill. I put as many experimentation points into the buff as i can, and what i can't usually goes into the buff length.

When purchasing/making food and drinksdo you think that filling is still an imprtant stat? My point being is that as a chef before filling was very important, i.e. 50 fill brandy so you could cram 2 into your stomach or canape with 33 fill so you could get 3 in. With the recent nerf/fixes/bugs to chef has left me wondering since you cant stack the same food anymore or even different foods if they already buff a substat, would you rather see foods that give you more power and duration?
Exampleusing some of the best resources available.
Canape with nothing towards filling
6 uses
38 filling
13m39s dur
366 health
200 mind reg
50 health reg
Canape with filling reduced
6 uses
33 filling
11m06s dur
353 health
200 mind reg
50 health reg

I haven't messed with the filling of anything except in the rare cases that I have points left over to spend. Without the same ability to stack similar foods, it doesn't make as much of a difference. Plus, with the fixed stomach emptying timer, the few extra filling points don't seem to matter much. I'm sure there are some combinations that require filling experimentation, but I'm truly still trying to play catch-up to find out what stacks upon what else now. Testing is not really my forte.

Good little combo I am working on now is BoH stacked with canape. You get 200 to all regen and with my stats you get an extra 828 health with this combo. It lasts only about11 minutes but I think filling the Boh(66 fill)downtime with some blob/bofa til you can get another in you is good. Also with a pixie this combo gives you1159 health total which is very good since stacking is gone.

Oh, interesting. I hadn't ever thought of making BoH without reducing it to 50 filling. There goes my bit about not bothering with it, lol. I didn't even realize I'd been sticking to the required 50 fill until you mentioned it.
Guess I'll have to stick some higher buff/higher fill up and see how it does.
