the last 2 weeks i only created and stocked my vendor with 240 items (20 crates each) so i could get a good nuber to work with. the items i created were what were considered hot items from the forums and what i thought would be good food. they were:
brandy x20
vercupti x20
pikatta pie x20
vegeparsine x20
blob candyx20
bofa treat x20
breath of heaven x 20
kiwik swirls x20
teltier noodles x20
caf x20
accarragm x20
and pyollian cake x20
so after 2 weeks i tallied what was the best selling foods
BoH, Blob candy all sold out in about 10 days
vegeparsine, kiwik and teltier sold 18 crates
pikata, bofa sold 12
brandy 10 still sells!
vercupti 8
accaragm 6 and pyollian cake 3
so it seems to me that some high end chef foods r still doing pretty well as well as the low level long duration buffs
also should be noted im on a heavily populated server with a lot of pvp action
hope this help with some questions on waht foods r selling

There are a couple cool programs around that can track this stuff for you too. Merchant's friend was absolutely amazing until it crapped out on me.
There's another one that some folks here use, but my upload times were ridiculous and I gave up (it's web-based). Maybe someone can clicky the link.

I just downloaded that programme. Wow !! It's great. I never new things like this existed for merchants.
