Is the place to be.There is no nice complete list over there, and I dont think there is one actually. but you can just look at every food or drink you want to make (in the menu on the left of the page, 'view skilltree' ), and see what ingredients are needed...

Use the same data from swgcraft, but catergorize the food/drink into what resources are needed, and whats currently in spawn. This also applies for most other crafting profs. Very handy.
