Are theses good Stats?

I actually don't make them at all, so yours are definitely better! 
In truth, the mitigation of wafers is small and the duration is almost unusuable, for any quality - even if yours are the best on the server. 15 seconds is a blip on the radar in terms of duration, and since synthsteak takes the same additives, you're better off just making that, which will have at least 2-3 times the mitigation and at least 2-3 times the duration.

Mine is +25 the last batch I made 4 or 5 fill and 15 or 16 second duration(not sure). Pre-CU this used to sell like crazy. Now it sells just not as fast, synthsteak sells better. It's nice because of the extreme low fill even though the duration is also low. My synthsteak is +45 for about 32 seconds and I forget the fill.
My personal feelings after the CU hit and I saw the duration I thought I'd never sell another crate, but I was wrong. People are obviously still seeing a benefit to using this food.

I still think they're good personally, for just a little boost in defenses during a pvp fight... At just 5 fill it'll be gone before you know it, so why not pop em every so often to lessen the damage a little bit? Still dont know how they sell, i just started making them for resale, was just using them personally up until now. Synthsteak sales are starting to pickup a little more as of late... Guess people are realizing it still is useful, even with such a short duration...

I still make them and sell them. Customers who really like to plan out their filling still enjoy them.

I make 26%, 5 filling, 6 uses, and 22 seconds.
Even with those stats, I don't see the stuff selling that fast. It makes sense, as 15 seconds, or 22 seconds, it's just not that long and because of the fact that you can't just stack stack stack, the 27-29 filling on synth isn't as big of a liability as it was pre-CU.
