To be honest I burn through Micros and Intell Nanos the most.

Prices? Well I make my own but when I dont feel like cooking them for 3 days I buy from vendors who sell 40 crates(same serial) for 1 millon creds. I hope this helps.

If you have the abillity to harvest a lot of meat (i.e. guild hunts, etc), then you may want to think about getting into making the Filling and Flavor additives... I could see a real niche market for those if you were able to harvest the resources yourself easily, they'd sell for a lot more than the regular additives I'm sure.
