Lately, when I drink a ruby whatever its called, i heal once it goes away but it allows for a instant heal. This crap bugged or is this working as intended? Thanks

We've never gotten the official word on whether it's working as intended or not, but speculation has been that it is, in fact, working as intended. It's good for one instant stim, and then it makes the next stim ability come 30 seconds faster than it normally wound (after bliel: 30 seconds, without bliel: 60 seconds). The duration timer on it is the amount of time you have to use it once you've consumed it, so it's basically not worth looking at unless you actually plan your ruby use beforehand, in which case, it's still not worth looking at because you'd effectively be wasting the instant effect since you missed out on the one stim beforehand.

Ok, thanks. I wont be opening a fight with it anymore. I thought it was just me. I coulda swore that it was working correctly 2 weeks ago.

i thought it was working as intended. The way i thought it works is that you use a stim, pop a ruby, then you can use a stim instantly then use another 30secs after that.
