Thread: So why wasn't vayberock (sp?) converted to higher stats in CU like others. My 2 cents

Well just for kicks i made some vayberock the other day. I was suprised to see that the max you can get is still like +25 to block. This leads to speculate on a couple of things.

1. This was intended for some unknown reason.

2. This was intended because it nows works with jedi block. Although it might not show up in the skill mod sheet it's possible a jedi will block more while on this food. Think about it, another +25 would put jedi back on par somewhat with what they had pre CU. To an extent.

3. The Devs were just lazy and forgot to convert this food to a higher number.

I might try to do some testing with my jedi in next couple of days. If anyone else has tested this and can debunk the theory that it works for jedi, then go ahead.

It was intended to keep it balanced. At least that is what i assume. The +25 apparently gives some noticable benefit (i've not got a jedi, so i can't say) but it not too overpowering.

And Pre CU jedi had 90 block at MLS didn't they? This will take you up to 75 max with MLS and Vayerbok, so seems pretty balanced to me.

A MLS jedi now only has +25 to block. If they pick up Improved Force Valor from defender that adds another 25 i believe , but their damage potential is severly reduced while it's active.

FRS, if it ever comes back online will have mods that add to the Saber block as you progress.

Can anyone can do some tests with a MLS jedi while they are on and off the food , maybe a 100 shot sample? I would, but will be unable to play for a few days.

I'd make sure neither the jedi nor the person shooting them had no other foods in their system, maybe except some regen stuff. Don't want to skew the results.
