Hi all,

I have just finished grinding out chef. Now I have just got a resource deed, what should I use this on? I am getting ready to start acquiring resources etc before setting up business so would appreciate some guidance.

In desperate need of a signature!! If anyone can help, please leave me a message.

I would suggest selling it tbh...

The value of a resource deed (on my server) is worth far more than buying resources. Let the AS and WS have it

I find the hardest resource to get is milk, which you often pay about 30-35cpu for. A resource deed can sell for 3mill. Thats about 100k of Milk compared to the 30k of the deed...

I agree tho I actually do use 30k Resource crates. Best to sell and use the money to buy more resources. 30k really isn't enough.

For me I use it to get one resource that I need which seems hard to come by and I use it to make one of my drinks pretty damn good as opposed to average if I used the res available on the vendors. Obviously I prtice accordingly but I am not the most expensive so I can still turn quite a profit on it still. But on the whole I'd say sell it!

I'll be using mine on an insect meat that nobody seems to have any more of that I think I paid close to 75 cpu for when it was in spawn because I still make vercupti. I won't feel too badly about cracking one open, mainly because I'd rather pay 2 mil to have it at my fingertips than have to spend weeks hunting down one disappointing stack of 1k at 100cpu.

Thanks, tbh I could use the cash to help get me off the ground and buy some of the hard to get resources. I'll put it up for sale on the trade forums.
