I personally have always thought the all the chef skills were designed by 3 different people, each doing a different line, who never communicated while doing it.
Here, have a bump. Devs don't come in here to see it, though 
I wish we made the kind of stink that got their attention on one of the main boards. While we do wallow in our grief in our forums, I never really see anything else in the main one.
I really don't have any urge to play and make crappy master chef (or almost any chef)foods any more.

no - even random generators have a seed value and follow a predefined set or parameters... Its just like a blindfolded, dizzy,seven year-old trying to hit a dart board from 30 feet out when it comes to the logic of some of our buff trees.
