there have been several threads about this, the usual answers for the top 4 are brandy, canapes, ahrisa, and bivoli.

for me, ahrisa is #1 by far lately, 10 crates a day, about to raise the price to try to get it to slow down. brandy is next, canapes and bivoli trade off for 3 and 4 depending on how hungry doctors get.
