Thread: Is this Brandy any good? and does anyone know a good BE on Eclipse?

Hi everyone, 
I have been stocking up on resources for a few weeks now and I just made my first brandy 
on the fourth try I got
+211
49 filling
44 min
18 quantity
this is without a BE additive, so if I would add one (I heard it gives an extra 108%) it would be +438.88 so 439
My main character is a TKM who usually uses +400 brandy so I guess it's pretty good, I just wanted to hear the expert's opinions 
Another question, I have been looking for a good BE on Eclipse, but I was unable to find any, can anyone hook me up with a few names?

A standard BSN adds 85% to the buff, so your brandy would be 211 * 1.85 = +390 M/F/W(the game always rounds down) with49 fill, 44m, 18 quantity. Not too shabby, but not particularly phenomonal.
You might want to shift an experimentation point into Nutrition, instead of Duration or Filling (unless you're getting the 49 on the initial combine or are starting with 51 fill). That +400 is apparently a magic number to customers, they seem perfectly willing to buy +400 42m vs +390 44m.

ty for the help, I'll try to get some better resources then and yes, it starts with 49 filling, I didn't have any amazing succeses and only one great succes so I think I might get +400 if I use better tools and a better station and bespin

With my current resources I craft until I get an amazing on the first 7 points and greats on the other 5. This basically gives you 13 points. I would guess this would jump over 400 if an amazing on 7 points unless at +211 you can't go any higher even if you had extra points.

ok got me a 14.85% tool and a 42.3% station, used an 86 BE additive and the resources I used before.
I experimented 7 on power, another 2 on power and then 1 on duration, all 3 great successes.

Experiment all 7 points on power, and keep making/experimenting until you get an amazing success on that first experimentation. That will basically give you 1 extra exp point compared to just great successes, 49% boost compared to 56% boost. Then put one more point in power and 2 on duration. That will give you the 405 for 43-44m. That will be pretty good brandy.

it's certainly usable, but it's not going to compare to the high-end Chefs on your server. With 12 points and good resources a Chef should be able to hit 420+ buff for 45+ minutes. As a point of comparison I think my most recent run was +430 for 47 minutes. So, yours isn't too far below that, but there is a difference. For a 10-point effort though that looks very good, and amazings would close the gap even a bit more.

Good BEs on eclipse...
well Achila is the best of the best....but she seems to have not be able to find her way back to her computer in days to restock
her vendor is located at the Coronet mall........
you could also try Sandy Hills Mall there is a BE there.....very pricey but...has some okay stuff ....
also there is a BE Vendor at Mos Ksyssha or whatever it is lol on Tat...
