You probably want higher PE on the greens and better PE/OQ on the flowers if you want to hit 400. The FL stat contributes to duration, you don't list this but I'm presuming it's around 300-400, you'll want to look for something with at least 7-800 FL if you're gonna hit 45 minutes with only 10 points of experimentation.

I'm not even sure you can get 400/45 ahrisa with only 10 points.. probably need really good resources and some amazing successes.

I agree with the above post and not really sure you can get 400/45 with 10 points. I'm at 410/45-46 with 12 points. So if you had the exact same resources as me you would be in the high 390s and 44ish minutes I believe.

Without trying for all amazing successes there isn't anything else you can do to improve your stats. Its experimentation points and resources only. Where you craft will make no difference except you may get more amazings at different places(you can still craft the exact same stuff anyway, just might take more tries).

You can always look for better resources, but theres nothing you can do to make better ones spawn so its just luck of the draw there. I would assume your FL stat is fairly low as well. 45 minutes is usually more important than any buff so you may want to experiment on that first.

Resources make an enormous difference, surprisingly. So, ultimately, the quality of the product changes with the resource shifts. Perhaps next week, better resources will spawn and you will find your product quality going up.
And, remember, the resource quality also has an effect on the expirimentation. The better the resource, the more effective the expirimentation.
