I'm a novice...can someone tell me is there a simple item to grind out crafting? What's the best to help get me through the Chef template?

Work up to Kiwik Cusjo Swirl in the desserts line, thats pretty good xp. Just make whatever uses the most resources.. mix it up a bit to ease the pain of grinding xp.
