I am lost now i seen a faq post that explained what to grind and such can someone lead me to that forum thread i have searched for over 45 min now

Well, starting from the "READ THIS: FAQs..." thread stickied at the top of the board, the first link there is to the FAQ.
It's mostly up-to-date, just ignore the "craft then eat soypro" grind advice, that got taken out in a hotfix a month or two ago.
