Fish meat can be used in anything requiring generic meat, I would imagine crustacean and mollusk would do the same if anyone could get more than 2 units to rub together.

The big problem is that these resources are incredibly rare and there is no advantage to using them rather than normal meat which is more readily available.

If someone managed to get 10 units of mollusk or crustacean and made a fire stew out of it say, the fire stew would be exactly the same as firestew made with normal meat, and the buffs would probably be lower because mollusk and crustacean meat are so rare you can't shop around for better quality stuff, you have to use what you get.
