Some other good sellers are Bivoli Tempari (Entrees IV), Vegeparsine (Entrees IV), Correlian Fried Ice cream (Desserts IV), Glazed Glucose Pate (Desserts IV), Ryshcate (Desserts III), Veghash (Entrees II), Ormachek (Entrees II), and Tatooine Sunburn (Mixology II).
You can make some decent credits by making just about any kind of food from high OQ resources, experimenting the quantity up to 10 or so and renaming it "Pet snacks". These seem to sell well at 20-30 credits per dose.
A good way to scope the market is just to drop in on a few food vendors. See what they're stocking, maybe even contact the chef to see what they sell regularly. It'd probably be polite to do this away from wherever you're going to be selling (and make this clear to them). Otherwise you might get told that they sell out of Blap Biscuits all the time, and don't forget to use the Domesticated Insect meat and Lokian Herbivore water for best results.
