Chef Archive

I am not a novice chef at this time, but am intrigued by the profession. Other than being able to create food for buffs, what else can chefs do? Have any of you seen much success from your endeavors? Am considering this as my one of my next professions and was curious about what you guys feel about it.

I think you will find most chefs, that are chefs by choice enjoy it. I cannot speak for all of Course. But personally I love being a chef. And yes, you will find that it can be most profitable and rewarding. Vendors that have Breath of Heaven and Fishak rarely stay stocked. Pretty much all that Chefs can do is create Foodthat Buffs. But that foodalso makes extremely cool decorations for homes. Im glad to see you interested in chef, be sure to read the FAQ at the top of these boards, it has lots of great information to help you.

Just like any crafting profession the fun lies in trying to make the best things you possibly can, the prospect of a lot of money just adds to the fun. As there's not that many chefs in relation to other crafters on my server it should jack up the price quite nicely assuming I can tempt people away from the spices my fellow PA members push.

Lol, Im a TKM/MD/Novice Scout on one character and working torwards Master Chef/Merchant/Spice tree of Smuggler on my other. So I can Open "Dig's Food and Drug". Selling Master Doctor Crafted Meds, Master Chef Foods and have an Illegal Drug vendor in the back room.
