I am currently a master Musician. I have gotten quite bored with my Profession. And I have decidedI Want to be a Chef. My Main reason for this is I run the Local Cantina. Now my question is if i drop musician to get the skill points to become a chef will my cantina stay? Or am I doomed to loose my cantina untill I make master Chef?

From various sources, it looks like you need the Master skill to place the building, but once it's down the owner no longer needs the skill to keep it going (provided you keep the maintenance paid up, of course). Also, you can only /transferstructure ownership to someone with the necessary skill to place it.

Now this was from some Merchant discussions about the tents, but I don't see any reason why it wouldn't also apply to cantinas. Of course, it's also not my cantina...
