Been so long since I've played and I know before I left that schematics didn't always work according to what they said and that most were not clear on what stats were for which effect.

So I ask you now, after reading the FAQ,

PE=Bigger Buff

OQ=Uses

Flavor=Length of Buff

Is this correct then?

When you are harvesting Flora's then, do you try for ones that have a higher PE now? Or do you still try for a higher OQ?

I have been gathering flora and meat with the highest PE available at the time, and hides with the higest OQ at the time. Does this sound correct? I am all about bigger buffs.

Alot of people use the 44/33/22 rule that alot of schematics use. So you would find a floral that gives a high rating using 44% OQ, 33% PE, and 22% flavor. Its the rule I also started using and I am making some pretty good food. I try to find stuff that gives me a rating of 600+ when doing this. Im very happy if its ever 800+.

On the chef FAQ, it is written that the formula is

22% Flavor, 33% OQ, 44% PE. Does he then have it backwards?

Im sorry, you are correct, I put my OQ and PE backwards, still thinking about my doc/CM where OQ outweighs the PE. Anyways yes 44/33/22 is PE/OQ/flav.
