I've been away from the boards for some time. As it turns out, I ran into a wookiee the other day who told me that there was some issue or other with SirVimes driving people away. I just wanted to clarify that such was not the case. Even at the point I left, SirVimes had done nothing but work hard tobring the profession's issues to the attention of the developers and get them resolved. My reason for leaving was more that I got tired of speaking to deaf ears. I always believed, and still do, that our profession is fine and required no major overhaul. The proof of this can be seen in most OTHER masters' bank accounts (I, personally, don't charge enough for my goods, so am not very affluent). That being said, I look forward to the upcoming changes with some amount of trepidation, as it seems my resource requirements are about to go through the roof. As I run a cantina, it will not be possible to purchase warehouses for the additional resources I will need. Oh well, though. Like every other malady that has plagued our profession, I am sure I will find a way around this one.

Hello. That was me you were talking to. Hi!

Just to clarify things, the suggestion has been made that the correspondents do not really represent other players well. While those on these boards support me, it has been suggesteted that this is because I have chased off those that don't support me. (Again, this was not said about me personally but all correspondents in general.) So when we began talking on the server and you said you did not post here anymore, I just wanted to make sure that is the case. I really do want to be fair to everybody who plays a chef in game, so I was confirming that this was not the reason you left.

While you are here though...heheh....can you post in the "what I like about being a chef"? I am trying to get as many opinions as possible from every chef.
