Meat quality shifts just like mined resources do, so that answer will vary from day to day. Ask around amongst the scouts and rangers on your server.

Seriously, the meat shifts on each server and each server has a different set of resources. Best place to ask is your server board. On our board one person even paid rangers to go out and find the best meats and then posted the meats on the boards for everyone to know. Food for thought if you have a little extra money and want the best meats. Heck, may even be able to get the rangers to harvest some for you when they find the best .
