Ok, right now Im opening my own little cantina in a medium house, the town I moved into is still a village. The mayor wants to move up to a full cantina as soon as possible, but I just realised Ive no idea how many lots a cantina takes. I dont want to have to totally drop all my ability to gather resources, as I was looking forward to being FARILY self sufficient.

So how many lots does a cantina take?(god I hope its not as much as a PA hall)

5 lots and it has the option to declare residence with it so you MAY not need a house in the city for residence purposes. I haven't tried it yet though. Anybody have only a cantina as their declared residence?

I have a naboo cantina on rori and it takes 5 lots.

I'm declared there fine.

But now I have a quaestion Is there any way to get drinks on the bar??? The steps coming in seem to be at the exact height needed to put stuff on the bar but when I try to move things off the steps it says not valid location. My bar just looks bare and i wish i could get some drinks on it.

Also anyone have any pics of good cantinas laid out, I like the start of what I have done with mine but am looking to add a little more to it.

Thanks

Regarding the steps leading in - the answeris no. The layout for the bar distinguishes the entrance from the main room. Anything that is placed in the entry way can only be /moved within the entryway. Same holds true for items placed in the main room.

Misterie (and yes, it's 5 lots)

The item cap is 250 then for 5 lots? Thats not too bad I guess....I have been thinking about using it for a house. You still cant beat a small 2-lot for efficiency tho. What is the maint on it?

Yeah that was irritating, best I could do was get a BoH sit on the lowest shelf on the edge.
