The depends on how the chef's experiment points are used, what alchohol they use, and what the quality of the resources they use are. There are no exacts in food, just general stats.

A good fishak will get you +600 mind +30 action for 800s.

well I wouldnt say good. That would be an exceptional top of the line fishak.
Standard is usually around +550 - + 590ish

I agree, I get 100% of my runs above 550, but only about 10-20% above 600.

I was messing around with pu36s and ended up with a crappy run that couldn't clear 500. Needless to say I won't do the same experimentation again (tried all stack size). I just ended up calling it AFS Lite and have been selling it at about 20-25% off the norm price.

Whaaaaaa? I thought the quality of the ingredients that went into the component didn't matter
I only get about +400 -60 for 812s in stacks of 10. Looks like I'm going to have to go and get some really posh materials.

Resouces used for Chef components should be good, resources used for Artisan Food components can be more relaxed.

Thankfully there's still room for me to be lax as there's not many master chefs on my server
