Thread: Does Pikatta Pie stack?
The word from the devs in the stratics chat a bit ago is that food and Squad Leader bonuses are not limited by the 125 skill modifier cap. Modifiers from skill boxes are capped at +125, clothing or item bonuses are capped at +25 for your total "outfit", food is "capped" by the ranges imposed by the max limits of the schematic and BE additive bonuses, SL bonuses are capped at whatever their value is at Master Squad Leader.
Any one of those four categories will stack with the other three. So you could have +125 defense vs. knockdown from skills, +25 worth of Def. vs. KD skill attachments, and still eat a +96 defense vs. knockdown BE enhanced thakitillo and end up with a total of +246 defense. Just the thing to ruin a TKM's day. 
Just so you know, you can not stack two doses of Thakitillo. If you are already under the effect of one, you can't eat a second. You can't even eat a different kind of food (Correlian Brandy for KD)that gives the same skill modifier.
Out of curiousity, is there any template that would actually give you +125 to Defense vs. KD without running out of skill points?
"A knockdown attack will always have at least a 10% chance of succeeding, so this food won't give you absolute protection, but it will definitely tip the odds in your favor."
So I assume that +90 is really the cap. Anything else does not work. So say you have the KD Defence from Pistoleer(+50). All you need is Non-BE Thakitillo. Which is at least +40.

Do all foods stack like say you have 125 def vs kd and you eat a thakllio (sorry I can't spell it properly) does it give you 200+ def vs kd?
Are all foods non-stackable/stackable?

Higher damage weapon/attacks have a great chance of the knockdown succeeding. So a +200 knockdown D could be lowered quit a bit in the internal equation for this, whatever that may be. 10% base chance seems about right from what I have seen, but having more of a defense bonus is a good thing to conteract the to knock down bonuses.
