Well Havla seems to work fine as long as it's at least +100 and you expect to use 2 uses for for each buff vs 1 use for a heal. Honestly I wouldn't expect this to be changed in the near future. Since this technically does work and there are TONS of more important bugs to fix, I'm pretty sure we are somewhere on the bottom of a huge list if we are on a list at all.

The bolded part is really the problem. First, the lower bonus should work too (and since Ruby Bliel does the same thing but can't reach 100, it's useless right now). Second, I really think a 100% reduction is a bit much. I think capping it at 90 would be fair. Other foods seem to have a "soft cap": Parwan Nutricake with a nutrition additive won't cut the HAM cost to lower than 10% of normal, so there's a cap of 90 in there somewhere.

Oh, and to answer the actual question: no feedback on a fix ETA, but this is included in our top 10 issues.

Yea, the +100 thing is a problem. A lot of chefs cant get it
