so i got master chef and its time to craft so here are my questions:

1) what is the diffrence between the diffrent container and which one i should use (if someone can list me the bonuses that would be awesome)?

2) in the big container not the barrel there is something called 'trim' which you need from a factory crate now what the hell is that?

3) how usefull is the bespin port?

4) the food addivtives... if it says medium can i use heavy and by how much does it makes a diffrence?

may come up with some more but these are my inital ones.

1. The different drink containers give a bonus to how much of a drink is produced:
Small Glass: 1x (none)
Large Glass: 1.5x
Cask : 3x <-- Use this one
Barrel : bugged, don't use it. it's the same as a small glass now

2. You need 2 identical pieces of Trim for each Cask you make. Tailors make Trim, so you can either buy it from them or ask one to make you a schematic so you can use your own materials and run it in your own factories (usually cheaper).

3. Sorry I've never used Bespin Port so I can't answer this one.

4. You can use Light additives in a Light, Medium or a Heavy Slot and a Medium can fit into a Medium or a Heavy. You just can't put a bigger additive in a smaller slot, like Heavy in a Light. I haven't played around with this yet, so I don't know how much of a difference there is when you use a different sized additive.

I got the drink quantity multipliers from SciGuy's lovely Revamp Food Chart, which has been a very helpful resource to me as I play around with recipes. You can view it here:

Just too add on to memyrlei's post,

1) I would use the casks for the BE enhanced items and probably use small glasses for the nonBE, saves you some money there. But if you have the materials and tailor, go for it!

3)Again, correct me if I'm wrong butI believe the bespin port increases your chance of amazing success on the combine for the item.

4) Generally try to use the max additive for each food, as you will get the best results. IE. Brandy asks for a medium additive, try to get the medium, as you will get the highest buff, charge, etc.

When making casks do not change the schematic name because currently drink schematics do not do a serial number check on casks when making a factory run.

Example: If you renamed your cask schematic to "cask 061404" and made 10 crates of this they would all be labeled "cask 061404". Then when you make a drink schematic using these casks the ingrediants list would read "10 berries, 10 fruits, cask 061404". If you don't change the cask schematic then you can use leftover casks from other factory runs as there is no serial number check on casks.

This may seem unimportant now however a month from now you will have "leftovers" of just aboutevery component you make like carbosyrup, protato, alcohol, ect. which are serial number specific (IE schematic requires like serial numbers when making an item in a factory). Alot of us tend to label our components using the date so that we don't have to examine each crate to check serial numbers.
