Then have you considered chef is just not for you? If you're bored just stock up on good stuff for yourself and your friends pack up shop and go do something you like to do. Refer you customers to a friendly chef so you don't leave them hanging and go have fun.
I'm not bored yet and if I ever become bored I'll follow my own advice.

I do chef on my alt, and its a great way to support a PvP habbit 
I make a minimum of 30 million a week and it really helps keep me in top PvP gear

Aye but at the same time you make alot of money and most of us have a alt....I enjoy building a business and trying to kep up with supply and demand....I am to the point at where i no loger harvest my own resources i pay others to harvest for me....I wish you the best of luck cooking for your server

Blame SOE. how dare they advertise to you that the chef profession is as exciting as the pvp professions. just another way of soe fooling us helpless subscribers.....

Just doesn't sound like crafting is for you. I agree that loading factories and placing harvs can get boring at times. Some days I don't mind it. Its not challenging, just tedious at times.
I do know I probably wouldn't be a chef if I didn't have a 2nd char though. I could never give up the ability to go on hunts with friends or just go kill something I know that will kill me. 
Obviously everyone doesn't have that ability so it comes down to a choice on which profession you like most.

I use to be a fighter... hunting / pvp whenever i log on
but now.. all i do is.. check harvesters, travel city to city finding better resources....test foods/drinks..... time flies... doing some thing every hour/min/secs...

You might want to limit the amount of foods you offer and just focus on those, you might not make as much money but you will have to spend a lot less time with harvesters and resource gathering.

I have been playing SWG for 3 months now. I am currently Master RM and TKM. After mastering two combat professions, I realised how boring the game had become. Hunting andkilling is fun but I reached a point where I had nothing to look forward to but the daily dose of dishing out carnage. So I finally decided to give up RM& Master Artisan and Chef instead with abit of Merchant thrown in. This way I have variety in the game. I can play the crafter, miner and businessman with Artisan and Chef, and still enjoy the occasional hunt with my TKM shills. This should keep me happy with SWG for a while.

YOu makea minimun of 30 mill a week?? Wow I didnt know chefs make so much money.. I just matered and was wondering if you could maybe give some advice on what all you sell and if you just have one vendor for it all. Thanks! ! !
