Long ago, there was a thread that discussed wound healing and injury treatment. It noted that under 100 bonus = no modifier, and that above meant 0 delay.
As I look at the bugged foods, I see that the sub 100 bug remains, but I wonder about Havla and Injury Treatment. As it stands with novice medic and havla (+100 @ 20+ heals) I can /healwounds with almost 0 delay, but /firstaid and /healdamage both suffer a 9 second delay.
Since the descriptor for Havla is heal delay, the implication is that it's all healing. But this is not the case. Is anyone else seeing this behavior? Have the devs responded on this issue?

I was always under the impression that havla only affected wound healing.

Havla affected injury treatment as well as wound treatment for alittle while... With the unfortunate side-effect of CMs being able to throw poison once per second... Of course, the timing largely coincided with the period where docs could spam injury-treatment actions without a delay, so for the most part it was a wash... Was kinda fun to stack 6 poisons on someone before they even figured out where you were coming from though.

So just to make sure that I understand this correctly.
"Reduces the player's heal recovery time" got nerfed to just Wound Treatment because CM's which use Ranged Injury Treatment (not Injury Treatment) were able to lob the ick every second. So instead of just removing Havla's effectiveness towards Ranged Injury Treatment, they removed ALL injury treatment speed mods?
How does that work out, exactly?

Actually, I thoughtthe CM fix was to hard-code a minimum timer for poison/disease throws tied to the throw animation.

As possibly a stupid question, what's the delay between injury treatment when you don't use Havla, still 9s? It's been a while since I tested myself, but even with 100 bonus Havla and 0.1s delay in macro timers, there was still some delay in the system messages between separate heals. I got something like 6s for wound healing, but I can't remember what it was for injury healing. And while you do get the message "you must wait before performing that action", the heal should still fire.
The time I remember testing, I did get a delay reduction when healing damage (I macro-tumbled and healed myself), although now I can't remember if it was before or after the CM adjustment.
