Thread: Havla Question

It has to be +100 to work with buffs. ( not sure about healing )

At +100 it lowers the wait to 0 seconds so you can do a full set of buffs in about 6 seconds. ( you can buff before the msg you're ready to heal again comes up )

This food is probably bugged but it's a good bug so it won't take too long for them to fix it I'm sure

OK, I am a Master Doc and do the starport buff line in the early mornings of my server. I have been using Bivoli forever and decided to try a +100 Havla. I eat it and the time between buffs seems just as long as without it. Am I using a crappy havla or is something else wrong?

Thanx for any help in advance

With havla, you don't have to wait for the "you are now ready..." message. Just keep buffing, one right after the other.

Rad, if I remember correctly, the havla also has to be +101 and above in order to work. Can't recall if it's exactly+100 or +101 but if the +100 doesn't work , try a +101 and above.

i have +105 havla with and it just works wonder! Just be sure to spam the hotkey for the differents enhance packs one after another, (as it was said previously, you don't have to wait for the system message) and the customer will be buffed in no time.

Pay attention not to eat too much havla, or you won't be able to eat bivoli after that.

the +100 works great. I thought the messages would update with speed and they didn't. This is what was throwing me off. I tried it this morning and you do not need to wait for the message to come before you buff again. Just targeted the buffee and hit the buff packs one after the other and they all hit the toon.

Thanks again all!!!!!

Does havla need to be over 100% to work properly? is it over or under or does it matter at all?

i know some foods only work properly if it is under 100% like burst run food, i has some experimented to over 100% i think and it didnt work, got some 94% recovery ones and they worked great

Unless the bug has been fixed, Havla does not provide any reduction in wait time between heals unless you get it's bonus to 100 or above (at which point there is zero wait).

Smuggler's delight definitely fails to work at 100 (and presumably above).

Parwan Nutricake I've never tried. Once you get it above 90, you stop being tired before you stop bursting, so I've never bothered (went for lower filling to hit 25, then stack size).

There was that "bad havla" period after publish 10.something, it's possible things are working and we haven't noticed. I've tried to check on our bug list after each publish, but I've been slacking off on that due to RL responsibilities.

Yes, havla needs to be either at 100% exactly, or over 100% to work.
