Naawww not annoying at all, though the question may have been better over in the BE boards
Anyways you need the Tissue Engineering line to create chef tissues, however I wouldn't really bother unless you are going to go master BE. You won't be able to create the quality of tissues you need to compete with just the Tissue Engineering line.
An alternate solution to this, is find a BE friend, give him/her the resources and have him/her make you the schematics that you need to run in the factory.

In addition to the extra experimentation at master, you also need Master BE to craft Intelligent Nanonutrients (the heavy nutrition additive).
I'd say start by checking for some established BEs on your server. They generally have better resource stocks (although they burn through meat really quickly) and are more familiar with what's needed to make a good product. There's a vendor thread on the BE forum here:
Sunrunner seems to have a pretty good selection.
You can also try gathering resources yourself and asking a BE to make schematics, but that's a touchy subject for some players. If you approach one for schematics, don't just demand a schematic and toss them 1k "for their time". Mastering BE is pretty tough (especially the DNA sampling), and there's enough demand for chef tissues that they don't have to work with you if they don't want to. Ask nicely, check prices beforehand, and don't be surprised at 100k price for the schematic (maybe even more), since giving you a schematic reduces their market (and the value to chefs is actually much higher than that).

BE gets +25 experimentation at master. Chef only 10.
So a non-master chef can have 9 Exp points which is only slightly worse than a master, but a BE has only 7. I talked to a BE once, they usually need 9 points to hit the max on the tissues, so you'll not be happy with only 7.
Assume a starting value of 25%, add 7 amazing successes (will take some time), thats +56% thats 81% total you can reach with 7 points. That be a 84 Tissue, which is usally considered below average.
and yes you'll not be able to make INNs either
Better get some combat prof and Novice Scout and gather your own meat, and ask a BE to make you schematics.
