Thread: Novice Chef needs a Couple quick answers to some questions
1) To make a light food additive, I need 1 light bio food component. What is this?
2) How do I make factory crates of foods that need various compenents? Such as light food additive, dough, carbosyrup. Do I first make factory crates of these compenents and then put those crates in with the overall schematic???
Hehe i know these are prolly all stupid questions, but if you could help me out that would be awesome. This is my first endevour to start a crafting proff, so i am a little confused about a couple of things.

BE's make these, average value for a MNS (food component abbreviation) is around 55.

Yes, you make factory runs of the component, then use the component crates with the final schematic. Notice the item ID, every component has one, and they have to be identical for the food/drink you are making. (Casks have no item ID)
Just to be nit-picky, Casks do have an item ID, but it's not stored in the final schematic of the drink. This means that a cask with any id will work for the final factory run. All other components have the item id stored in the schematic, so you can only use components with that id, and only items from the same factory run have the same id.
