What are 20 point Chef Experimentation outfits/SEA's etc going for on your server after the Solo Group Nerf? And has the lower rate of cash going into the economy affected sales, prices, etc? If you could, could you mention your server, because the economies do differ, sometimes by quite a bit.

Well I could go several directions on this but basically I'll stick with the solo group nerf in my opinion will have little impact in the short term on things like CA's like Food Experimentation but could have an impact on crafters.
1. Skill tapes: Demand vs. Supply - a lot of people who built up cash doing solo groups now will look to have a chef or some other way to make money whether they know what they are getting into long term or not, the more new chef's in the market with solo group cash will bid up the price of tapes. I have seem this consistently on my server. But again it depends on the server and demand. My server it is not uncommon to see post WTB Food EXP for 2 million credits per point. Also these loot guys always want to hit it big when they get a tape like +5 food exp so don't expect them to sell these dirt cheap.
2.Pricing: Crafters tend to be looked on by the average combat player as a player who puts very little effort into their player and just sets up a vendor and rakes in money. Many want the "best" food and now want it cheaper and faster. Many Chef's may alter their pricing down if there sales fall below the margin of diminishing returns, meaning that there is a threashold of time managing a food vendor vs. sales (pricing) that one is willing to put into a character if your sales are dropping. However, some chefs may feel that eventually their product will sell at the price they value it. Again many chef's have very different opinions on pricing mine is I am not going to kill myself keeping a vendor stocked with top quality food and barely make a profit.
One more note: the thing about chef that many combat doodz don't get is that it's all about the meat for BE additives, if you can't get the uber meat at a low price then you can't have uber foods that many demand now and at a low price. It's all about the supply chain ain't it?

On Valcyn I just purchased a +2 for 1.5 million, though this was a sweet deal. More often they sell at about 1 million per point.

Yazo, that is a good deal! on Valcyn I paid 12 million for a +5. I did get a +4 hat from a doctor by giving him like 25K uber avain meat which was a good deal too I thought.

1.5-2mil on flurry
Food prices have never been stable since the solo group thing, some chefs on flurry charge 150k/crate for brandy, some 250k/crate. Personally my prices have gone up with the business, however there are a bunch of new chefs (as always) undercutting everyone so we shall see what happens

I have had a heck of a time locating *a* food exp tape. Have been a chef for 2 months and am still stuck at 10.5. I've put posts on forums and still no one responds. I would gladly pay 5 mil for a +5 to get the extra exp point. Would be less willing to pay 1mil/point from then on. So, I am just selling decent quality foods at a reasonable price. Hope to get to 12.5 eventually.

Sweet, I do need some big ones now like those, but I'm going to have to get by as a 10 pointer for awhile longer. My sales are actually better than I thought thye would be, so maybe I'll be able to buy a +3 or more to get over the 11 point bar.
