The "heal efficiency" skill it boosts is a medic/doctor skill. I know it applies to things like /bactashot and the buffs, but I think it's more to reduce the mind costs of the skill rather than increase speed. I haven't played much with it, so I'm not positive.

Let's say you can only heal every 60 seconds, with stims.
Can +40 Citrus Snow Cake cut that stim healing time down? By how much?
BTW, if it does cut down healing time, I need to buy about 5 cases from a Bloodfin chef, lol.

I might try that out after I have made some and will post the results back here in a few days...if it helps heal for more power then that would be great! Between that and Ruby Bliel....

Tested well yesterday having just Medic 0020. Without Citros I heal myself 234 damage (Heal eff 15 and bacta shot). With the Citros I jump at +55 eff (+40) and I was healing myself for 530 damage. It's really worth it even if the mind cost is high.

It is worth it for Docs. I use it. Kinda laughable that the devs made Thakitillo perform the same function. How you gonna stand up for the DEVS on that issue, Higg?
