Well, you can see our resource requirements in the "food chart" listed in the "READ THIS" sticky. You can also use the "resource usage" link on swgcraft to see what schems use various resource types (although if you pick "carnivore meat", it won't list the schems that just use "meat", so for a complete listing you'll also have to pick all the general categories).
Probably the biggest sink for creature resources is general meat, since many chefs prefer to provide resources to a BE and get a schematic for nutrient tissues. Any meat will do. Quality I look for is 50% OQ + 30% PE + 20% FL >= 800 (although the higher this number the better).
As for chef schematics, the "need" istough to figure out right now since the many changes we got (first with the new statsafter the CU, more recently with the removal of stat stacking) has shifted the market a bit. There's also some bugged foods (synthsteak, ormachek, garrmorl) that may have sales pick up if/when they get fixed. Some useful creature resource types would be:
Insect meat (high DR / OQ) for Vercupti.
Milk (any quality) for bantha butter component, used in Pikatta Pie. The bigger the stack the better.
Milk (same quality equation as the BE meat above) for BE flavor tissues.
Hide (any type, high OQ / DR) for Teltier noodles and synthsteak.
Wooly hide (high OQ / DR) for jawa beer.

Right now, milk, milk and more milk. Flavor additives just became attractive. 40k per run, to know what the scale is.

Well I am Chef/BE and I need an insane amount of meat. The nutrients you need to make good chef food take lots of the highest quality meat. Doesn't matter what kind of meat just high quality meat. If I was you I would look up on swgcraft.com or a similar site and find out what the highest quality meat was spawned and hunt the crap out of it.
